Zarina Shamim Trust (ZST) converted to Zarina Shamim Foundation (ZSP). (A Company set up under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017). Zarina Shamin Trust (ZST) was created / registered and the Board of Trustees were consituted to execute, manage, run and govern the Trust. ZST Deed was registered as Document 1740 in Book No. 1 and volume No. 335 in the record of the office Sub Registrar, Gulberg Town, Lahore on 24th June 2011.

Executive Director's Message
The last two years 2020 and 2021 have been hit by an unprecedented pandemic of COVID 19. It has impacted the world in a unique way! The world may never be same as pre COVID days.
ALDA, like all other organizations, has been hit in an adverse way. There were major financial losses in terms of low fees collection. However, as the situation has improved, ALDA is gradually recovering. We hope that there will be better days in the upcoming new academic session of 2022-23.
The last two years, when we all were battling with COVID, ALDA started focusing on the Information Technology (IT) skills and usage.

Nimra Akmal
After completing my BS (Hons) in Biotechnology from University of the Punjab, Lahore I am working as a Science Teacher in High Section of Ala-ud-Din Academy Girls High School (ALDA).
One of the worth-mentioning turning points in my life is to get Zarina Shamim Scholarship because it made me able to stand at time when I was in dire need of it. After my matriculation, my family was in immense financial crises. So, at that time, it was extremely tough and burdensome for me to continue my studies. This scholarship not only gives me financial support but a confidence to believe in my abilities and to pursue my career with ease and passion.
